Lisa Lambert
Founder & CEO
Lisa Lambert is the founder and CEO of Whitestone Investors. A Silicon Valley venture capitalist, with over 35 years of experience in the technology, software, and energy industries, leading innovation and investment initiatives at global companies and private venture capital firms.
As Chief Technology and Innovation Officer of National Grid Group, plc, her focus was on advancing energy systems, at the intersection of energy and emerging technology to create a smarter, renewable future. She was also founder and President of National Grid Partners, the innovation and investment group for National Grid Group, plc., where she led 43 equity investments, launched 16 new businesses within her innovation foundry, initiated over 30 business collaborations with portfolio startups and National Grid’s operating businesses, and formed the NextGrid Alliance, with 104 utilities collaborating on clean energy projects and investments.
Prior to National Grid, Ms. Lambert was a managing partner at The Westly Group, a clean technology private venture capital firm based in Silicon Valley, where she was responsible for investments in energy technology companies. Prior to The Westly Group, she worked at Intel Corporation for 19 years and was Vice President and Managing Director of Intel Capital’s Software and Services sector and the Founder and Managing Director of the $125 million Intel Capital Diversity Fund.
During her tenure at Intel Capital, Lisa Lambert led equity investments, incubations, business development, and innovation projects, overseeing global investments in over 100 companies such as VMware (IPO), MySQL (acquired by SUN), Endeca (acquired by Oracle), and JBoss (acquired by RedHat). She achieved top decile returns with seven IPOs and 60+ M&A exits while managing a large team of investment professionals.

TianYu
(T.Y.) Wong
T.Y. Wong is a Principal at Whitestone Investors, where he focuses on early to growth-stage investments in software, AI-enabled technologies, and digitally transformed business models. He brings extensive experience in sourcing and evaluating venture opportunities, conducting rigorous financial and market analysis, and supporting companies through scaling.
Previously, T.Y. was a Principal at Starframe Capital, where he led investments across aerospace, cybersecurity, energy, supply chain, and advanced manufacturing sectors. He played an important role in developing investment theses, building investor materials, and supporting fundraising and ecosystem engagement. Prior to that, he was a Senior Investment Associate at Atento Capital, the venture arm of the George Kaiser Family Foundation, where he invested in over 25 companies from Pre-Seed to Series B in various sectors.
Earlier in his career, T.Y. gained experience in investment banking and M&A advisory, developing strong expertise in financial modeling, market research, and due diligence. In addition to his investing work, he serves as a judge and mentor for the Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC), advising university and MBA students on venture investing.
T.Y. holds a Master of Science in Applied Analytics from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston University.
Outside of work, T.Y. enjoys traveling, snowboarding, exploring new cuisines, cooking, and spending time outdoors with his dog.
Milana Foulk
Milana is a dedicated, loyal and a highly skilled Executive Assistant with over 10 years of experience, providing high-level support to C-suite executives, across various industries, including start ups. She has supported CEOs, CTOs, COOs and many others in the past. Skilled in calendar management, complex travel coordination, and proactive problem solving, she excels at streamlining executive workflows. Milana ensures executives can focus on big picture goals while she handles the logistics. Respected for her discretion and flexibility, she is a trusted partner in executive leadership.
Milana truly enjoys being an Executive Assistant and is passionate about her work. She prides herself on her prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
She holds a B.A in International Relations.In her free time, Milana enjoys spending time with her husband and their 3 kids, exploring new places and creating special memories together.
She also enjoys travelling, trying new foods and watching football.
